nib Travel Insurance “Up to $250 Costco Shop Card” Offer Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the nib Travel Insurance offer to purchase an eligible policy and receive “Up to $250 Costco Shop Card” (Offer).
2. The Promoter of this Offer is Costco Wholesale Australia Costco Wholesale Australia Pty Ltd ABN 57 104 012 893 (Costco) is a distributor of nib Travel Services (Australia) Pty Ltd (nib), ABN 81 115932 173, AFSL No 308461, and receives a commission for nib products purchased through Costco. Costco acts as an agent for nib and not as your agent. Costco cannot give advice about nib products, and any factual information provided is not intended to imply a recommendation or opinion about nib products. 3. The Offer commences at 12:00 am AET on 01 December 2024 (Offer Period).
4. The Offer is only available to customers who:
   • purchase an International Comprehensive Plan, International Essentials Plan, Annual Multi Trip Plan, or Australian Travel Plan excluding Cancellation and Additional Expenses Plan, through the referral website https://www.nibtravelinsurance.com.au/campaigns/costco or through nib Travel’s Contact Centre during the Offer Period (Eligible Product), and
   • provide their eligible Costco Executive Membership Number as requested via a post-purchase communication from nib Travel Insurance

5. The Offer consists of providing an Eligible Customer with a digital Costco Shop Card, via email of up to AUD $250 (inclusive of GST) for annual multi-trip policies, or up to AUD $175 (inclusive of GST) for eligible Single-Trip policies, purchased during the Offer Period – see the table below for details, and is subject to the Eligibility Requirements.
6. The value of the digital Costco Shop Card is determined by:
   • The travel insurance plan type; and
   • the policy premium purchase value (after any discounts)

as outlined below:

*the policy premium value is determined as at the Eligible Product trip start date, and will include any cancellations or amendments up to this date.

7. To receive the Offer, each Eligible Customer must:
   • successfully purchase an Eligible Product during the Offer Period through the referral website https://www.nibtravelinsurance.com.au/campaigns/costco or through nib Travel’s Contact Centre.
   • have a valid email address supplied at the time of policy purchase;
   • have a valid Costco Executive membership number;
   • not be an employee of the Promoter or nib Travel; and
   • the Eligible Product is not cancelled prior to the trip start date.

8. There is a limit of one Offer per Eligible Product purchased during the Offer Period.
9. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.
10. If an Eligible Customer has satisfied the Eligibility Requirements, the digital Costco Shop Card will be emailed to the Eligible Customer directly from Costco Wholesale Australia.
11. The Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or be replaced after expiry and is not legal tender, an account card, a credit or security.
12. The Costco Shop Card will be emailed within 30 days after the Eligible Product trip start date.
13. The Costco Shop Card is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions which are found in the Costco Shop Card fulfillment email.
14. Subject to any rights any person has under any laws, nib Travel and the Promoter exclude all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity, profits or business) in relation to or resulting from this Offer.
15. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes, modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law.
16. nib Travel and Costco Wholesale Australia may at any time, amend or withdraw all or any part of this Offer and substitute with another Offer of equal or greater value. An Eligible Customer will not be entitled to any compensation in the event that the Offer or element of the Offer has been substituted at equal or greater value.
17. Neither nib Travel nor Costco Wholesale Australia are responsible for any undelivered emails due to an Eligible Member’s spam filters or email settings.
18. nib Travel and Costco Wholesale Australia each reserve the right to disqualify from receipt of the Offer any persons that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Offer.
19. Personal information will be collected by nib Travel and Costco Wholesale Australia for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Offer, and to assist Costco Wholesale Australia to improve its services. By claiming this Offer, each Eligible Customer consents to storage and use of their personal information by nib Travel in accordance with its Privacy Policy (at https://www.nibtravelinsurance.com.au/privacy) and Costco Wholesale Australia in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://www.costco.com.au/terms-andconditions). If the personal information is not provided, the customer may be unable to participate in this Offer.

6. Subject to any rights any person has under any laws nib Travel excludes all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity, profits or business) in relation to or resulting from any way in connection with this Offer.
